The media landscape in Pensacola and around the world is continually changing as we forge ahead into the Digital Age. From news gathering and reporting to news distribution and consumption, technology impacts almost every aspect of the business. It has created an industry that is always evolving. On June 20, media professionals from several local outlets will join us to talk about the trends they are seeing and how PR professionals can effectively work with journalists in the face of these changes. Confirmed guests include Auriette Lindsey, news producer, WEAR-TV, and Ben Henson, digital content director, Clear Channel Media + Entertainment.

It happens on Thursday, June 20, at the Pensacola Bay Center at 11:45 a.m.
Cost is $15 for FPRA members, and $20 for guests and walk-ins. Cost is $12 for student members and $15 for student nonmembers. Lunch is included in the cost.

Mingle with members of our local media and fellow FPRA members at our summer social Media Mingle on Thursday, June 27, at 6 p.m. at The Islander on Pensacola Beach (43 Via de Luna).
Join us for a good ole fashion fish fry, complimentary beer and live music as we show our appreciation to our dedicated Pensacola media. All professional members (21+ years) are invited. Dress is casual or business attire!
